I did not like that some of the restaurants were only open on certain days limiting our choices and somewhat making us leave the property in search of a place to eat. The room was spacious and well appointed. I had messaged the property when I made the reservation. I had requested an accessible room since my wife is on crutches and I did not get it. An aloof front desk agent with no personality.
The first impression at checking was not the best. I chose this location because of the standards Mr. Good Luck, GNĭon't get me wrong we enjoyed our stay at the Golden Nugget. Front Desk Gina needs to take a class on customer service, or be fired!! We will we staying at the Borgata like we usually do. We've heard great things about this place. We called FD, an of course that took 20 years to get fix. Our bathroom door ended up getting stuck. At this point I don't even wanna stay here anymore. And it's a shame because I work in the customer service field. A manager? That's how a manager talks, and treats guest? Just because I didn't purchased the room from the golden nugget itself, but I am still a guest to the casino, and I deserve to be treated with respect!! That woman had the worst customer service, ever in my life. I asked her kindly, "Miss, what is your name, and what do you do here?" She said her name is Gina, and she's the FD Manager. I was so furious, and angry with this woman, and this place itself!! So I had to asked for her name. Can you help us check in please? The lady said "Ma'm, do you see the sign that says check in line? Well, that's where you have to go.
We've been here for 20 minutes already, and you have 1 front desk girl working. I came up to her and said "Hi, we need to be checked in.
Then finally, a taller white female, long brown hair came out, and just stood there staring into space. What is wrong with this place? Strike #2 already!! 2 people got checked in before us, and we we got there 20 minutes before everyone. She looked at us, but didn't even say hello, or can I help you. How can a hotel, and casino not have any staff out front? 10 minutes later a little young black girl came out. There were no Front Desk people out front. It's our first time there so we were pretty excited. We purchased a two night stay from on March 5th.
